Zorggroep Oude en Nieuwe Land (ZONL) is one of the largest providers of a wide range of healthcare services in the northern part of Overijssel, Urk, and the Noordoostpolder. Last year, this complex healthcare organization launched an Elari pilot program at one of its care facilities. That pilot has now been successfully completed, and a further rollout will take place in phases.
What does ZONL do?
ZONL’s small-scale care teams provide clients with short- or long-term support. This includes counseling, treatment, home care, and assisted living facilities. - they wanted to gain better control over the entire Purchase to Pay process: procurement, invoice processing, and contract management;
- purchase orders can be systematically recorded in the system, shifting the authorization process from invoice verification to a purchase commitment;
- they wanted to manage contract utilization more effectively.
