First, check the knowledge base on the Elari portal. If you can't find the answer there, please contact your organization's application administrator or  the person who issued your card

You can often view your PIN yourself in the Elari App or web version, via the "Cards" menu, provided you have the appropriate permissions.

Having trouble? Check the knowledge base or contact your application administrator.

You can usually make a payment if:

  • There is enough balance in the passbook linked to your card. You can check this via Elari on your computer or in the app.
  • You haven’t reached your daily limit yet.
  • The card has the status “Active.”

If you’re still having trouble after checking these points, please contact your application administrator or the person who issued the card to you.

Does an online store ask for a CVC code when you make an online payment? Other names for this code are CSC (Card Security Code) and CVV (Card Verification Value). This code verifies your card and makes online payments more secure.

You can find the CVC code here:

  • On the back of your Elari Card.
  • In the Elari App: go to your card and click “View Card Details.”

Block the pass as soon as possible via the "Passes" menu in Elari. Having trouble? Please contact your application administrator or the designated contact person within your organization.

No, that's not necessary. After making a payment, take a photo of the payment receipt in the Elari App. That's sufficient as proof; you no longer need to keep individual receipts or fill out expense report forms.

Yes, that's still possible. Spend Cloud is now called Elari, but your existing physical card will continue to work as usual. You don't need to exchange it.

Would you like an Elari Card? Let your administrator know, and they can order one for your organization.
