Frequently asked questions about Kas & Pas
Here you'll find answers to the most frequently asked questions.
No, an Elari Card is a payment card with Maestro and Mastercard debit functionality, not a credit card. This means it does not have a credit line: employees can only spend the balance that you have loaded onto the card in advance.
Yes, always. You set up PINs, spending limits, and withdrawal limits yourself and adjust them as needed, without involving a bank.
Yes. Elari automatically records a cash withdrawal as a deposit in the corresponding cash account, so that journal entries from the bank to the cash account remain visible in real time and the corresponding entries always balance.
No, one photo is enough. After a payment is made, the employee takes a photo of the receipt using the app, and Elari automatically links it to the transaction. That makes separate expense report forms a thing of the past.
That depends on your organisation and the number of users. Elari uses a fixed implementation fee and a pay-per-use model, so you only pay for what you actually use. View pricing here.
Yes, Spend Cloud is now called Elari, and Spend Cloud Cards are now called Elari Cards. The software and Kas & Pas remain unchanged and work just as you're used to.
