Why we are now called Elari
For over 25 years, we’ve kept pace with how organisations manage their expenses: from the cash book in the drawer, to digitisation, to automated processes. That evolution continues, and we wanted our name to reflect that as well.
Until recently, we had two names: Visma | ProActive for the company and Spend Cloud for the software. That caused confusion. Since October 1, 2026, we have been operating under one name: Elari.
